DREAMCAST WAS TEN YEARS AGO NOOOOO
I feel so old, I remember waiting patiently for mine, and playing SONIC ADVENTURE for the first time... holy shit. Btw, it has now also been ten years since I first came up with the concept of a comic called "Station Square" as the title was shamelessly ripped from the name of the city in Sonic Adventure.

I got Muramasa: The Demon Blade for the Wii today and goddamn is it fantastic!! It's by the guys who made the awesome Odin Sphere for PS2 which I still haven't gotten around to playing yet. Hi-Res sprites, amazing animation and beautiful colors... ahhh I feel so inspired again. Between this and Punch-Out!! I feel like stuff I like in video games is making a comeback which makes me happy. And apparently they're making a new 2D Sonic????

ON THE COMIX FRONT I am working on 3 comics at once which is intense, one is of course my online comic Station Square which I am steadily drawing... then there is one secret comic that may or may not be called "Monster Country" which is also based on an old concept from my childhood, and the third is SUPER DUPER TOP SECRET but hopefully I can show stuff from that soon. It's in the early stages but I'm actually really excited about it.

(We just got done with a 5 hour game of Dokapon Kingdom so I'm totally wiped)

still working a day job, still sucks, but it's money, can't complain
too many commas in that last sentence

I'm working on my big adventure/action/fun/totally self-indulgent webcomic Station Square which should see the light of day real soon... I'm excited. I'm also working on a graphic novel called Honey Bucket which is going REALLY slowly, no publisher or anything yet, but I think people will like it. Apparently I'll have a table at next years MoCCA festival with some other awesome artists so there's that as well. So that's all what's going on for me with comix. It's been going slow, but I think I'm picking up the pace. Hopefully I'll make up for lost time with AWESOME SHIT.
